SWINNE is a computerized quarter horse handicapper.  Just enter the information for each horse from the race listings. e.g. Distance, Time, Gain/Loss, Winnings & In The Money Wins, etc and "Sure Winner" will produce a computerized chart of graded odds for each horse in the race, as well as a print out to take to the race track. Will show the Quarter Horse Handicapper whats the best bet for their money.  I welcome all comments & criticism, so I can improve our product.  Thoroughbred version soon to be released.
